Problem with the blogger custom domains-website(domain) not loading using bsnl connection

Every one knows that many of the bloggers are publishing on a custom domain but from yesterday the custom domains are not working which are integrated with the blogger and when they are browsed in desktop or laptop it takes much longer time to respond and the browsers show waiting for beatrend.com...and the website is not loading never and the browse shows us the errors and i use bsnl connection for internet and when i have opened the browser in mobile and it is commonly opening and what is the problem for not loading in computers and why opening in mobiles and any one can solve this problem and please comment on the problem and help lakhs of bloggers ........thank you...

Sorry the above problem i mentioned is not correct and the main problem i have came to known that bsnl has blocked all custom domains of google and to read more
