How to: Update firmware version of Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830

Hi friends one of the best model of Samsung is Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 and this runs with Android 2.2 and this is upgradable to Android 2.3 and samsung has released the official firmware for the samsung galaxy ace update from Android 2.2 Froyo to Android 2.3 GingerBird.

To update the firmware of your mobile by using the datacable connect your mobile to the system with pre installed  samsung kies.To download samsung kies Check here.

After connecting the mobile  in open kies and check wheather the mobile was detected by kies or not and if mobile is connected to the kies and in the tools press frimware upgrade settings and check that it is shown in auto mode or not if it is in auto mode the kies checks for upgrades of firmware of your mobile and if it it updated it shows nothing.
It there is any upgrade it shows present firmware and updated firmware version numbers and press update firmware.The kies starts downloading the firmware and be sure that the mobile should not be disconnected in the middle and disconnection of mobile in the middle may raise you some software problems.
