Eligibility Criteria considered:
- A mailer has been sent to the candidates of JKC 2009 and 2010 pass outs (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE and MCA) having 65% in 10th ,12th , Degree / B. Tech and 70% in MCA to take the consent from the interested candidates to participate in this process
- Candidates who have given the consent before the given deadline are short listed for this process

Short listed candidates are here with instructed to carry their updated resume, original photo ID proof, pass port size photo graph and photo copies of mark sheets along with them for the process.
Note: Only the candidates who are short listed for this process are allowed for the process

Technical Skills required:
- Should be good at OOPS Concepts
- Should be Strong in Core Java, Servlets and JSP
- Knowledge of Unix and Shell Scripting Concepts will be an advantage
Selection Process:
HR Team of 3Edge would organize the initial recruitment process for the candidates who confirm their participation.
1. Aptitude test covering Logical reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude. Total Marks: 70
2. Technical Test on Java - Total Marks 50
3. The students would be shortlisted for JAM/GD depending on performance in Aptitude and Technical tests
4. Final Shortlist Candidates by 3Edge would be put through an intensive training
5. After successful completion of the training in 3Edge, the students would be evaluated by IBM directly
6. Training fee may be applicable based on the individual performance in the interviews
7. Candidates selected for IBM need to sign an agreement to work with 3Edge for a minimum period of one year. Candidates not selected for IBM will be considered for placement with other clients of 3Edge. In the latter case, 3Edge may charge a fee
