• Marks Memos can be obtained from the Principals concerned after 25-04-2011.
• The discrepancies if any, found in the Memorandum of Marks should be
referred to the Board through concerned Principals before 21-05-2011.
Applications received after this date will not be entertained.
• The Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May/June
2011 will be held from 27-05-2011.
Fee Details:
For Regular Candidates:
• The last date for payment of examination fee for Intermediate Advanced
Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2011 is 03-05-2011. There is no
provision for payment of examination fee with penalty after the due date.
There is no provision for Tatkal scheme.
For Attendance Exempted Candidates:
• The above due date is also applicable to private candidates (with out college
study) who were already granted exemption from attendance to appear
(humanities combination only) for Intermediate Public Advanced
Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2011. The candidates are directed to
contact the Principal of the Government Junior College for payment of
Examination fee.
Improvement for Ist Year Passed Candidates:
• The candidates who have passed in all papers can appear for improvement,
on payment of Rs 100/- per paper in addition to the normal examination fee.
The candidates will appear with the same Regd. No. of I.P.E. March 2011.
Ist Year Failed Candidates:
The first year Intermediate failed candidates can appear for passed papers of first
year also along with failed papers subject to the condition that they shall forego
the previous performance of passed papers. In such cases the latest performance
stands valid. The candidate has to pay Rs. 100/- for each passed paper appearing
in addition to the examination fee.
RECOUNTING, SUPPLY OF PHOTO COPY-CUM-REVERIFICATION OF
VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS:
There is a provision for Recounting, supply of Photo copy-cum-
Reverification of valued answer scripts. The candidates who wish to avail
these facilities have to pay an amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only)
per paper for Recounting and Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only) per paper
for Photo copy-cum-Reverification of answer book. Applications printed for
the above purpose can be obtained from the Regional Inspection Officers or the
Principals of Junior Colleges free of cost or the Xerox copy of the form can also
be used. The same can also be downloaded from the B.I.E Website
(www.bieap.gov.in). The filled in application should be submitted on or before
05-05-2011. In respect of supply of Photo copy-cum-Reverfication, the
applications should be submitted to the Board through the Principals of the
Colleges from where the student last studied. Candidates sending the
applications through post should ensure that the applications are received in
BIE before the due date. Applications received after the due date by post will
be summarily rejected. As such the candidates are advised to send the
applications well in advance to avoid postal delay. Under no circumstances the
fee paid towards Reverification/Recounting will be refunded.
