Tata Sky Rs 999 offer

Tata Sky Rs 999 offer ("Offer") entitles New Tata Sky Subscribers and Existing Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as "You") to purchase of a Tata Sky standard digicomp during the Offer Period for Rs 999 only.

Definitions:

1. Activation: Activation by Tata Sky of the Tata Sky DTH service post installation
2. Existing Tata Sky Subscriber: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary connection (first digicomp) on or before 15 September 2010.
3. New Tata Sky Subscriber: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary connection (first digicomp) on or after 16 September 2010.
4. Offer period: 16 September 2010 onwards. Limited Period Offer.
5. Primary connection: This is the 1st digicomp under which your Tata Sky subscriber account is created.

Offer Details:

1. You will need to separately recharge your Tata Sky Subscriber Account for subscription to a Tata Sky Popular Package. The subscription cost for any such package will have to be paid within 3 days of activation of your Tata Sky DTH service; failing which, the Tata Sky service will get deactivated.
2. The special purchase price of Rs 999 is only applicable to the Tata Sky standard digicomp i.e. the Tata Sky Base model digicomp (MRP: Rs 1599).
3. For any additional offers available on purchase of Tata Sky such as free subscription period to any popular package, standard installation free offer, etc refer www.tatasky.com.
4. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Offer shall be exclusively subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
5. The Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract shall apply upon Activation. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
6. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time to withdraw the Offer completely.

Installation Free Offer

Terms and Conditions

Upon purchase of a Tata Sky digicomp during the Offer Period for Rs 1,599, New Tata Sky Subscribers and Existing Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) shall enjoy free Standard Installation worth Rs 1,000 in case of a primary connection and Rs 500 in case of a multiroom subscription (“Offer”).

Definitions:

1. Activation: Activation by Tata Sky of the service post installation
2. Existing Tata Sky Subscriber: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Subscription (first digicomp) before 7 April 2010.
3. Multiroom subscription: a subscription option which allows You to receive the Service on a maximum of three digicomp in addition to Your Primary Digicomp, under the same Subscriber ID, installed at the same address at which the Primary Digicomp has been installed
4. New Tata Sky Subscriber: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Subscription (first digicomp) on or after 7 April 2010.
5. Offer period: From 7 April 2010. Limited Period Promotion
6. Primary connection : This is the 1st digicomp under which your Tata Sky subscriber account is created

All New & Existing Tata Sky Subscribers availing of the Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. All New Subscriber activations on the Primary connection are entitled to a 100% savings on the Standard Installation charges of Rs 1,000
2. All Existing Subscriber activations on the second, third and fourth digicomp are entitled to a 100% savings on the Standard Installation charges of Rs 500 per digicomp.
3. The Offer is on the Primary as well as multiroom connections and is also valid for the activations on the Tata Sky+ digicomp.
4. The Offer can be availed of through any Tata Sky dealer, www.tatasky.com or through the Tata Sky helpline.
5. A 12 month warranty will apply on the Tata Sky digicomp from the date of activation of Tata Sky service.
6. Standard Installation includes wiring of upto 12 mtrs cable, installation warranty and activation charges. There shall be no waiver on the charges for the Non-Standard and Premium Installation charges which shall continue to be charged extra, as applicable.
7. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer or to withdraw it completely.
8. By availing of the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions.
9. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party's use (or misuse) of the Offer.
10. You will need to separately recharge your Tata Sky Subscriber Account for subscription to a Tata Sky Base Package. The subscription cost for any such package will have to be paid within 3 days of activation of your Tata Sky service; failing which, the Tata Sky service will get deactivated.
11. The Offer benefits are not transferable to any other Subscriber ID, nor encashable or exchangeable for any other offer. For any additional promotional offers available on purchase of Tata Sky such as free subscription period to any base package, separate terms and conditions shall be applicable as stated in the communication material.
12. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Offer shall be exclusively subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
13. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
