No roaming charges from november in india TROI announced

In India TROI is head of all the mobile networks and it has announced a good news to all the mobile users and troi has said hat from November onwards there is no roaming charges(National not international) on all the mobile networks and they are charged nothing when they are in roaming only local charges are applied and we have to wait up to November and see
