Today, July 17, the Dayton Air Show starts and luckily, meteorologists have said that there will be nice weather for the show during the weekend.A Miami Valley teacher got a once-in-a-lifetime, sky-high thrill on Wednesday in advance of this weekend’s Dayton Air Show.

In preparation for the annual Vectren Dayton Air Show, Chantelle Rose was selected to fly with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.

Rose said she’s attended the air show for several years and decided to send organizers a quick note to see if it was possible to tag along on a flight. They told her to apply for a new program where she could serve as a “Key Influencer”.
