RGUKT is set to issue notification for admissions 2010. Three IIITs are established under RGUKT. These are located at Basara, Nuzivedu and Idupulapaya.
*RGUKT, IIIT admission notification: May 6.
*Sale of applications : May 7. *Last date for applications: June04.
Total seats: 3000,1000 each in three IIITs.
* Seats reserved for State Merit quota: 450
* Seats for Mandal level merit students: 2550
* Seats for Govt / Aided Schools: 70%, * Seats for Private residential Schools: 20%
* Seats for AP Residential Schools students: 10 %
These institutions and courses are specially designed for SSC pass out from rural areas. Candidates will be selected based on their marks at the Mandal / District level.

*Details of selected students will be placed on RGUKT website: June 25
*Counselling will be held on July 9 and 10.
Application Process: * Candidates shall apply online / offline. Applications of IIITs available at designated main post offices and all IIITs also.
* Online application fee: Rs. 50
* Applications are available at designed Andhra Bank and SBH Branches in the state. These details available on RGUKT website mentioned below.
* Off line application fee: Rs. 100.
