The Kerala state road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has launched online ticket reservation.passengers can book their tickets online through the KSRT
C website www.keralartc.com.Speaking on the occasion, Transport Minister Jose Thettayil said that the online booking facility would be available for 188 buses.The facility will be extended to more buses in future.Tickets can be booked directly at the Online Reservation Counters at Thiruvananthapuram Central, Kottarakkara, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode, Kannur, Bangalore Majestic and Bangalore Satellite stations.Both credit and debit cards can be used for booking tickets at these centres.Rs.20 will be charged as service charge for online booking. Tickets booked online can be cancelled online.The amount to be refunded will be credited to the bank account. Online tickets cannot be cancelled at other counters.
